What is the minimum qualifying marks in BPSC Mains Hindi paper?

Candidates must score minimum 30 out of 100 in the General Hindi paper to qualify for merit consideration. Failure to secure 30 marks leads to disqualification regardless of Mains GS scores. Hindi paper marks are NOT added to the merit list u2014 it is purely qualifying.

Is there negative marking in BPSC Prelims?

No. BPSC Prelims has no negative marking. This means you should attempt all 150 questions. Never leave any question blank. Even guessing gives you a 25% chance of scoring u2014 much better than the guaranteed zero for a blank answer.

How many times can I attempt BPSC CCE?

BPSC does not have a specified attempt limit. You can appear as long as you are within the age limit (21u201337 for General category, with state-prescribed relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/Women). This is different from UPSC which has a fixed 6-attempt limit for General category.
