1. Eligibility
- Citizenship: Indian.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognised university.
- Age: 21 to 42 years on 1 August 2026 (general). Relaxations: SC/ST/OBC of Haryana up to 5 years; PwD up to 10 years.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit at matriculation level (Hindi-medium State exam).
